Q: How do I place an order?
A: The easiest way to order from us is through our website. This site contains our most up-to-date catalog as well as a "shopping cart" system that allows you to quickly order the items you select. You can give your credit card number there. Of course you can also order via Postal Mail with a check or money order, just print out your shopping basket when you have selected all your products. Q: What method of payment can I use when ordering from you?
A: We accept payments via PayPal, or you may send us a personal or cashiers check. Keep in mind we cannot enter your order into our system until we have received payment.

Q: When can I expect my order?
A: We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS which takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. If your order is larger, your order will be shipped UPS Ground which also takes 2-5 days. You can always expedite your order with second day air or overnight delivery.

Q: What happens if you are sold out of an item I am interested in?
A: Occasionally the demand for an item is extremely high and outpaces our supply. We do not charge your card for backordered items. We will ship your item as soon as it is available, or if you prefer, you may place an order for it at a later date.
